Anyone know the going rate in the East Mids?
It's a bathroom, average sized bedroom and small corridor/hallway.

I'd offer to come up and do it, but my plastering days, certainly for ceilings are coming to an end due to injury.

Sounds about right. We had three large, knackered walls skimmed, plus some ceiling, for just over £100.
