It doesn't matter what the issue is, nor does it matter what advice you want to impart as I fully intend to ignore all of it. Unless you specifically tell me not to something, in which case...

Specifically, DO NOT heed any advice given in this thread.

I advise you to get a bee beard and set light to it.

To save time are you really looking for advice, or just to start a fight with anyone who doesn't verify the course of action you already decided on?

And as a matter of verifiable fact, **** SOGA, CRA is where it's at.

In the tradition of recommending what you've got - you should get a hernia.

When you hit middle age, never trust a fart in public. Unless you're keen to get home early.

A seasick sailor cannot differentiate between windward and leeward. A hideously hungover sailor doesn't even know what windward and leeward are.

It is therefore best to not allow the bowman to go racing in big seas after drinking enough to floor a Rhinoceros.

I see you have had input from the original designer, two manufacturers and a finite analysis phd.

Ignore all that I read a reddit once that literally overrules those "opinions".

The answer is no. No. NO. NO. NO. NO.

I will double down on this opinion and start hurling insults if anyone disagrees. But I do reserve the right to invoke the Edinburgh defence if they are meaner in response.

There you go blowing your own trumpet again.

(lets face it, nobody is going to want to blow it afterwards)

Best to find a shop with a decent variety in and choose the one that fits best. A decent fit will trump the specification every time.
