yes i know frozen yogurt is a sorbet (I think?) but the fridge at work has frozen my fromage frais, and now its semi frozen, should be OK right? tasted Ok anyway.

You'll be fine. We freeze Frubes for the kids during the summer.

Unless you accidentally consumed the contents of a sperm bank, pending screening for STDs, then you should be OK.
Three things though, were the portions ridiculously small, do you work in a fertlity clinic and does the freezer you got the yoghurt from run on liquid nitrogen?
