huddle froze this morning, can't switch it off or do anything at all with it any suggestion on how to fix it?

If you hold down the on button does it not eventually switch off

Try plugging it into the charger and leaving for a while

Former use a pin on the reset button, the latter, then what eemy says.

Huddle 2, tried holding down on off button, no change still frozen. Will try charger.

should be sorted now had to hold power button for 20 secs then it went off
