Doesn't always work.
In Vancouver, Canada, the cops Tasered a mom holding her 16-month-old.
Guess she didn't get the kid in the line of fire soon enough.
Rememeber, this is the same town police Tasered to death some Polish traveller at the airport after he was kept waiting for 10 hours in security and got PO'd.
