No amount of copying and 'video' button clicking seems to work..

video tags only work for vimeo or youtube links.

Not tried with Photobucket but with Flikr I choose the 'copy link' option, past the URL into a browser frame then extract the actual image location from the line of 'code' but it is a bit trial and error at times.
