No doubt many folk on here may have seen this on Instagram anyway as Bentley Components makes, well, bike components and might for all I know actually be on STW.
I doubt that he'll actually say how he did it so I hope he won't mind me sharing his latest creation on here and see if anyone has any ideas on how he actually machined it:

Glued together. A glue with the same refractive index as the plastic will be invisible.

Made from four layers of Perspex bonded together after machining by the looks of it. Great work!

A cheesy video. But this guy does the same thing for invisible joints (in glass but).
