~4 cups on work days, maybe 8-10 on non-work days. 😮
About 1kg a month which is probably 2 cups a day.
Occasionally I’ll do a week or two of decaf and my next cup of caffeinated coffee hits me like a bus. It’s crazy how abstaining from caffeine for a such a relatively short amount of time completely resets my tolerance.
Decaf kills my wallet though given I can drink it all day long and into the evening. I tend to drink more cups when I’ve got decaf beans in as there’s no risk of being awake all night. Just lots of deliciousness
Two double espressos a day, usually cut with milk. Seldom more. Fun fact caffeine is absorbed relatively slowly and eliminated with a half life of six hours. Drink a coffee every six hours and you’ll have the equivalent of one coffee ☕️ Onboard before you take the next. Dose is about 80mg per espresso measure. Maximum recommended daily intake is about 400mg. Or eight pro plus tablets.
The highest recorded survival for caffeine overdose is the two students at Northumberland University who each consumed 30g or 30000mg!!! They were expecting to take 300mg. But units. And iPhones are not a recommended calculator. Previously the lethal dose was believed to be 18g. They were lucky, and I don’t recommend dialysis after coffee.

2 mugs, 2 cappuccinos and 1 espresso!
Between 4 and 5 large lattes er day
One strong coffee every morning, around 1kg per month. Maybe two cups of tea after that throughout the day.
I love a nice coffee although coffee snobs would hate mine as it milky and sugary.
I try to keep it to weekends though as I get a real caffeine buzz and love it, but don't want to become tolerant, I feel like beavus and butthead.
Week days might have one instant if I am having a bad post lunch dip other wise it is tea even split of green and normal about
8-10 cups total.
Probably average about 1 cup of caffeinated a week plus maybe 2 or 3 cups of decaf instant, mainly a decaf tea drinker - 3 or 4 mugs daily.
I switched to decaf after a huge snow storm here at the beginning of 2021 - we ran out of normal coffee and all the shops were shut. Seemed like the perfect moment. Daily routine is a cup of tea first thing, then a Nespresso decaf, then I switch to cheapo instant decaf. Probably about 4 mugs of decaf altogether during an average working day. At weekends if I'm getting up at 6 to go running I'll probably have a "proper" coffee, but just the one.
Coffee is foul! Never actually tried it as I can’t get past the awful smell! Don’t drink tea either – don’t get the hot drinks thing at all (unless I’m really cold and unhappy and a hot chocolate goes down). Maybe I’m weird!
Totally weird.. but I’m kinda with you, I love the smell of coffee but can’t drink it, unless it’s smoothed in milk & sugar. So none for me, just don’t get between me & my tea in the morning
16g/300ml per day (one cup filter brew in morning) occasionally an espresso or piccolo at lunchtime if out but never any coffee beyond 3pm
About a kilo of beans per month between the two of us. That's basically a morning coffee each and a few extras here and there.
A very macho mocha in the café on the Sunday club run when it's too cold for a coke. Sometimes one in a nice café when out with the family, I got board of drinking cold drinks then waiting for the wife & daughter to finish their tea.
A flat white more or less every day, and sometimes a double espresso after dinner.
I drink perhaps five or six large cups of tea throughout the day.
I don’t think I’ve had more than two mugs of instant coffee since I bought a Gaggia about 8 years ago.
For me, it's about 3 mugs a day (maybe about a litre). Sometimes at the weekend I'll have a little bit more if I stop at a cafe or go visit some mates
1 cup a day at most. Never drank it at all until the wife bought a nice bean to cup machine e
I used to have a coke addiction so coffee as a replacement is an improvement
ive cut down to 10 mugs of lor a day at work.
2-3 at weekends
