Monday last week i paid a guy via paypal for a crankset, on the friday i contacted him to ask where it was, he said that he failed to send them on the tuesday as agreed and had infact sent them on the friday, its now wednesday and its still not turned up. am i being impatient or am i right to think the parcel should of arrived by now?
that too long if he has promised to send within a certain timeframe.
I'd ask him for a scan of the postal receipt. i send one to buyers of my stuff sometimes to prove i've posted it to them.
1st class? - should HAVE arrived.
2nd/std parcel service - give it a day or 2
Ill give it till friday then its a full week since he said he had actually posted it.
I've had items posted 1st class recorded that have taken 5 weeks to reach me before.
How did he post it?
