Simple question really, someone just mentioned it in work and I thought thats easy it's by... um.. actually.. :S

i don't think they do ... yet
they are doing what facebook did .. hold back on the ads etc until the sight is well established.
Facebook now has loads of ads - according to "The Social Network" they had few to none at the start - and actively resisted having them initially in order to be regarded as "cool"
