need some records for a frame warranty
won the frame direct from a shop a number of years ago (2006ish) on the same ebay account I use now.
How do I get the record off ebay?
IIRC auction details are only kept for 3 months or so.

Call the shop then so they can liase with manufacturer and confirm who you are. I am sure they will have some record, ebay will have no knowledge about it and cane you blame them how much information would they have to store.
your username will still show in their feedback but the details wont be there! at least it shows you dealt with them, or have they not a record of the frame numbers sold?
Do you keep all your e-mails as you would have had one of them 'congrats you have won xyz' e-mails??
I had a similar problem.
Solved it by going back through PayPal.
