Did you buy it online? If so, distance selling regs apply - 14 days.

The contract maybe that they provide you with a sim and monthly phone/data allowance and the handset is "free"
bought it in the ornage shop
If the handset is faulty you can exchange it at the store within the first month. Had the same issue, exchanged no problem
Maybe they saw your spelling and use of punctuation and thought, 'right, we can have this one...'
Absolutely 'bruneep'
.......what comes around....

"Goods not fit for purpose" retailer has the option of either repairing / refunding or replacing. Same warranty applies via your credit card provider, as the provider of the credit facility they assume liability for the goods purchased.
You also have 14 days to cancel any credit / finance agreement but this is only the method of payment, not the contract to purchase.
You want to send a new phone back due to a problem with the SIM? 😯 Just rock on up to the Orange shop, go "I'd like a new SIM please, this one doesn't work" and they should just give you one.
Flog it on the classifieds and dick some one over ?
