Where do I find the URL????

You need to upload it to a photo host (eg, Flickr) first.

Upload the pic to a host site(flickr etc) and grab the URL from the options.

Where do i get the URL from on Flickr, just uploaded pics

On Flickr select share and then select grab html/code tick BB code box and copy the text then paste in here.
