I sold some brakes on pink bike, I said I’d only post to the registered PayPal address. The buyer has sent the payment through the friends and family. I can’t see his address? He looks like a good egg and has sold a few bits on pink bike.
Do I need to go on the desktop version of PayPal?

You won’t see it, PPG is just for sending money and you don’t get the protection etc of the shipping address being confirmed etc.
You either just send it (you’re in the stronger position) or refund them, make them pay proper PayPal and you’ll get a confirmed address.
