Anyone have any experience of it? Having quite a few issues with my under warrenty Civic, the latest one caused by their poor clutch fitting.
Their attitude is shocking, really get the impression they don't care.
My wife has driven the car to her work, 20 miles away from home, and the car is basically undriveable, she's working late due to a parents evening, so phones up to get it sorted, basically their response was, phone this number to get it recovered, we (the dealership) don't have any courtesy cars till wednesday, nothing we can do about it, goodbye.
terrible, I won't be buying Honda again.
The only experience I have had of Honda was when we wanted to test drive one a few Christmases ago.
Went to the main dealer, had to find someone to ask (nobody seemed interested in talking to us) and got a response along the lines of 'we aren't doing any test drives, can you come back in the new year.
We subsequently test drove a Ford, a Mini and a Mazda (still over the same Christmas period) and bought a Mazda at some £16k.
Their loss.
A call to honda HQ? They're usually very customer focused and might have a word with the dealership
