its that time of year again and we need to renew our home insurance. can anyone reccommend an insurer that gives good bike cover and will payout if needed
Alright mate, I just surveyed a bunch for contents through gocompare and there were some v good rates. One company was badged for old folk, forget the name, was like £170 a year with contents away from home (don't need to be a codger to take it up). Thing is, it all comes down to that phrase 'will payout'.
I'm with M&S, and I would really like to tell them to get tae fk (for other reasons), but at the end of the day they have a reasonable premium and they're proven to pay out for bike theft. I pay £17 a month atm for contents.
It should, in theory, just be down to who is underwriting the policy I guess.
