Well, I can think of one thing which is high in protein, but I'm not sure you're going to like it......

If you want to lose weight, a high protein diet isn't the best way to go. See here for more information http://www.womenrepublic.co.uk/diet_fitness/protein/ . A healthy balanced diet is the best way to shift pound over the long term.

But if you want a high protein diet to add muscle, a whey protein supplement is the most effective way to add extra protein.

Well, I can think of one thing which is high in protein, but I'm not sure you're going to like it......

Yeah, i hate cottage cheese as well.
