I have painted certain parts of the exterior woodwork...shed, picket fencing etc a rah rah Farrow and Ball french gray....what colour should I paint the panel fencing?
Something classic...neutral.
Ive been thinking of the black stains that are on the market....

Mmm French Gray, is that smoking a cigarette, keeping a mistress and surrendering at wars, or striking at the drop of a hat(oops meant beret), drinking wine and looking stylish?
Sorry have spent part of the day in B+Q and can't get over the rubbish names they use to describe the paints.
Try dark blue or green.
