[Closed] Help with transporting playlists from Spotify to Apple Music

Hey, guys, I have decided to use Apple Music instead of Spotify from now on and I want to transfer playlists between the two service because I have a lot of songs. I know about a lot of apps that do this for me but they require you to have the Spotify Premium. Since my Premium has already expired, I can't transfer the playlists like that. But, I have the URL to my Spotify playlist. Someone tells me that TuneFab Spotify Music Converter can download Spotify songs when pasting the URL, is this reliable?
