Anyone with Facebook inside tracks - would love to hear from you.
Briefly - mother-in-law died last month; had a Facebook account which we eventually got around to closing, seems to be all dandy. Unfortunately she had had her account cloned, and so there is a fake account kicking about which we have been unable to report fully to get closed down. Quite distressing although in scheme of things - nothing major.
The usual paths don't seem open, and when we do flag it, it gets rejected as not suitable for closure. Any targeted assistance or advice welcome.

Good lack with that. I had my account hacked & so called customer service is non-existant. No phone number. No name or reference om emails. Absolutely useless. Had my a/c deleted by FB as they said I wasn't old enough! I'd sent 15 scans of my passport & I'm over 60. We are just advert fodder.
