Hi guys,

I am a product design student at Loughborough University, I just have a very quick, preliminary research questionnaire into the drinking/hydration habits of athletes (of any level!), some answers would be great if you could spare a minute.
The project is for a current RSA brief.

Feel free to leave any comments here elaborating on anything to do with how you hydrate.

Many thanks

Joe

Cheers, and typo corrected (I think- these late nighters aren't doing my concentration too much good!)

Done, although I apparently selected more than the maximum number of answers to one question.

Done but hope much to you consider is the contents of a glass? Mine's a pint by the way.

I took that question to relate to frequency of drinking, rather than amount.

e.g. how many times a day to you drink (frequency), rather than how much do you drink a day (volume)

I assumed a glass was 1/2 a pint, but put 4 pints (8 glasses)

That's fine! Always issues with that area, as long as it's not some obscure measurement! ๐Ÿ™‚

New link as I can't see the results if I get too many answers!

Just turned the survey off as they limit the number of results I get as a free user- many thanks for the 100 replies I already have though!

Try https://www.quicksurveys.com/ - unlimited responses on a free account IIRC

Say hello to Mark Evans, Paul Wormold, George Torrens and Fat Les who I think are still there. Cough....won my RSA category when I was at Loughborough many moons ago...cough - not sure where it all went wrong after that !

RE the response limit- a disappointed/slightly angry email goes a long way to getting a free premium account! ๐Ÿ˜€ I probably should have read through it better in the first place though.

Convert that's interesting to hear- Mark Evans doesn't really lecture any more- I think he's on more of a research program. The others are still here. You should see our new design school (if you haven't already!) ๐Ÿ˜€

That is a storming amount of responses so I'll take them down now, all the input is much appreciated.
Now to finish the project for Friday in time for a weekend at bikepark Wales!
