I had it bad for years until a mate got me on THIS stuff, works great and miles cheaper than ineffective antihistamines.

WOZZA does that stuff stop all your symptoms? Runny nose, itchy eyes, sneezing?

I've had all the tablets going with varied results. I also got a steriod injection a couple of years ago and it was bliss, No symptoms at all that year. Got it last year, and it was useless.

Ill give this stuff a go. Thanks for the link.

I use Beconase nasal spray. Mine seems to run from April to early July, so I'll be starting with the stuff very soon.

two squirts up each nostril morning & night once the season starts, and after about 2 weeks I get no symptoms at all; after about a month I can then take it down to 1 squirt up each nostril in the morning only. Come the end of July I can stop using it altogether

Best thing I ever found for hayfever, for me anyway

Someone told me to have a teaspoon of honey ( as local as you can get) every day. I tried this experiment last year and it really helped.
