I can no longer see any of the buttons for quotes, images, bold, italic, etc along the top of the post topic box.
I’ve looked at the site on Safari and Brave, which is my most used browser, and they’re missing on both.
Using iOS 15, but I haven’t updated that recently. Is it me?
Just tried on my phone, and the site won’t even let me log in!
There are two types of editor when posting. It looks like an update had reset some (all?) users to the simple editor. To get the toolbar back go to your Account and tick the box for 'Fancy Editor'. Obviously you'll need to log in to do that, I don't know what's wrong there.
Plenty of tools still posting on here but I agree, the icons seem to have vanished

I’ve tried three different browsers on my phone, none of those will allow me to log in. I put in my login details, which are in my keychain so go in automatically, but when I hit go, and then check my login, it hasn’t happened.
Never had an issue before, I’ve just restarted my phone, still not working. 🤨

Yeah, cheers Greybeard, that’s just worked a treat! I’ve just noticed the icons seem to have been updated, so that’s probably why the facility needs to be turned back on. Also, I’ve noticed the text is now real text, and not a typewriter-style.
However, it doesn’t seem to automatically put a cap letter at the start of a new line or para, after finishing the previous line.
Now all I need is to be able to log on on my phone!
The site has been having issues with some members not being able to login, the forum was rebooted so it may have forgotten your settings. Sorry for any issues.
Ah, cheers Drac, it seems to be restricted to my phone, for some reason, my iPad has logged on just fine.
Would it help if I re-registered on my phone?

It's not a settings issue, the 'simple' editor still should have the toolbar.
It's literally just returned now as I came to reply to this.
Appears fixed now, I had no formatting buttons earlier today....

I can now post from my phone, I’ve just managed to log in! Thank you to whoever fixed the issue.
I don’t often use my phone, but it’s handy on occasion.
