We will be in touch
Hi
I reckon we've moved to a hard water area - the calcium levels are 4x what they were where I lived before.
Apart from the water making a mess of the taps and worktops, and doubtless clogging up the pipes, I reckon it's giving me eczema like symptoms. Apparently, though, hard water's good for your heart.
I thought a good solution would be to apply a filter of some sort to the mains before it enters the house. Yorkshire Water seem to be against this, but is this correct?
Should I put up with the way things are, or apply some tech?
If the latter, can you recommend a device that would do the trick? There seems to be the choice of using filters or electronic devices, but which of these is going to be best without being over-the-top?
Cheers
