Why would anyone do this? Why do people drop concrete blocks onto motorways? Because they are delinquents, but most importantly because they are cowards. Instead of taking up contact sport like boxing or rugby or something else, the palid little scumbags try to hurt people then run away.
Apart from the potential immediate fatality, what if this bloke was on his own and knocked unconscious and no one else came along for an hour or so - or overnight? Hypothermia then death.
Let's hope the police get them. Their names and adresses may well be then published in local papers - if anyone wants to re-arrange their weekend ride past their houses.......
