Yeah - I don't mind him TBF. And I also quite like that new-ish Take That single (no idea what it is called). I have a wide range of musical tatstes and not elitist about who I like.
The Monster Mash - great call 🙂
And how about Scary Monsters and Super Creeps - Bowie
Kill Me: Space
Psycho Killer: Talking Heads (great track - might just play that now....)
Killing in the Name of: RATM

Don't forget the Moon tracks from American Werewolf in London.
Careful with that axe, Eugene by Pink Floyd. lots of gentle build up, followed by whispered "Careful with that axe, Eugene" then 5 minutes of blood-curdling screams.
I must remember to get some card tricks ready for when the local kids come on Halloween. It surprises them when they say "Trick or Treat" and then get the answer "Trick...pick a card"
Werewolf by UK Decay, one of the scariest bits of music ever!
pain in the world by Danzig
sanctum sanctorum by the damned
Red right hand by Nick Cave
Well
i have the tocatta in d minor (rollerball theme music)
I think the organs and such would make it fairly trippy at a halloween party, let me know if you want it.
Also have the song from The Thing, its fairly slow but atmospehric and eiry its called 'the thing humanity part 1'
after dark - tito & tarantula (from dusk till dawn sexy lap dancer song) kerwality...
also greg wilsons essential mix with Talking Heads ‘Psycho Killer’ (GW Edit) on it, not scary just quality song & mix..
Try some Elend for atmospheric darkness, "A World In Their Screams" perhaps. It won't get anyones toes tapping though.
Toccata from Suite Gothique:
(nicely haunting)
and Toccata and Fugue in D Minor:
Henry Purcell - "Music for the Funeral of Queen Mary" (the theme of A Clockwork Orange) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GB3lStMh_O8
some more modern:
The Damned: grimly fendish
and Eloise:
and while we're on with The Damned:
Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde; Twisted Nerve; 13th Floor Vendetta & Curtain Call, all from The Black Album
Claudia (The Dog) - from Strawberries
or how about The Meteors:
My Daddy Is A Vampire; Graveyard Stomp; Mutant Rock; The Hills Have Eyes; Night of The Werewolf - and many more in that vein
and you could camp it up with pretty much anything from The Rocky Horror Show
[url=
band is Black heart Procession, the song, Waterfront.
and finally from me, may I blow my own (20 year old) trumpet?
Night Of The Living Dead or The Bogeyman by Seven Dead Americans. NOTLD can be found here: http://www.myspace.com/johnhoomusic
Just thought of a couple more...
Sympathy with the Devil: Stones
Devilgate Drive: Suzi Quattro
Devil in Disguide: Elvis
Devil's Haircut: Beck
Have a listen to one of internet radio DJ Dave The Spazz's Hallowe'en shows - http://wfmu.org/playlists/shows/29137 - loads of great stuff in there, I particularly like "Goo Goo Muck" by Ronnie Cook and the Gaylads, as covered by the Cramps.
There's an album by Half Japanese that has 26 songs about monsters, from Abominable Snowman to Zombie

Awsome! thanks guys 🙂
scientist rids the world of the evil curse of the vampires by The scientist.
Features 'your teeth in my neck' and 'plague of the zombies'.
The Meteors (In Heaven album, for choice - nice sick music that everyone can dance to). 😀
The Cramps always go down well at parties.
Another...
Jack the Ripper: Crazy World of Arthur Brown.
'Twas Screaming Lord Sutch who did Jack the Ripper was it not?

That would be a great Hallowe'en album. Basically just a dub record, but with spooky sound effects, mad cackling etc. on every track.
I'm a bit disappointed that "Scientist Wins the World Cup" doesn't have crowd noise, football chants and whistles.
'Twas Screaming Lord Sutch who did Jack the Ripper was it not?
I stand very much corrected - the leader of the Monster Raving Looney Party too. I should know 'cos I went to see him at the York University ball circa 1987
