This seemed a little leftfield even for this place, but does anyone know anywhere to get a Hager ADN106 and an ADN 116 from for good price?

Mid £20s sounds reasonable for Hager. Be thankful it isn't a Merlin Gerin/Schneider or you'd be looking at £60-70 each 😯
Only buy used if you've got access to an RCD trip tester to make sure they're working.
I'm pretty sure newey and eyre do Hagar, and personally I never use a second hand unit unless I had no choice.
