As in the news the police have made an arrest, but arent saying who or why,but say its to do with the investigation, rather than some low brow scammer.
No doubt it will be some security guard, and the law-esque today will ignore the anything the council planning department had to do with it.
Seems to be the buck stops somewhere back there, and never with the final decision makers.
One day this country will surprise me.(Other than the 800,000 petition to strip MP's of their food subsidies.)
