that’s their entire USP though surely (and the reason some people are happy to pay over the odds for a very bog standard wheelset) so you’d hope so! 😀I too, have had excellent service from them

Oh, and by the way. Last time, I had shit service initially; multiple delays and poor comms made up for by good recovery and some freebies for the aggro.
I'd buy again from them.
