Anyone else doing it?

I'm pretty bike fit but done a few 10k's recently and did 11 miles yesterday and legs are fair/sore today. Just take it easy now or throw in another long run?

Ta

Mrs Wombat is (in aid of Parkinsons UK)

I said after my 6th (in 2006) that I'd not do another one but I have a feeling that the atmosphere on Sunday may see me entering another...
