Hi, just got an 07 turner and want to grease the pivots, now I've got a pace grease gun and some RC7 grease, is it thin enough or do I need Manitou Prep-M

Hi
I was told by a person who had a Turner who claimed to have been told by Mr Turner himself that Prep M was the thing to use. Dont know how true it is though.
I think he said Pace grease was too "claggy"!
I use Prep M
Cheers
Steve

I used Pace stuff for years with no problems. Now on Prep M as I read somewhere (Turner website?) it's the stuff to use.

I can't remember exactly what I heard or where but it was basically that pace grease doesn't cut it. For the sake of a few quid I thought it best not to risk it and bought some M-Prep.

My Turner is 4 years old, the pivots are still find. I've only had to strip and clean the bushes once and never replaced any.
