Apart from sending it back, that's next, has anyone got any ideas?
The Garmin 800 worked fine yesterday and when plugged to the pc to recharge and download was fine. I got the bleep to say that they were talking and the charging indicator was on. Came to use it today and nothing. Won't switch on, won't talk to the computer, won't charge or anything.
Suspect it has died but your thoughts please.

my 305 went the same way
I suspect a software "bug" to bump up sales

My 305 used to come back to life after a wait and then plugging it in again to recharge. The wait could be a day or so.
