Hi
Off to Dunoon area this weekend and looking to download some files for my new garmin. Can anyone recommend a couple sites with the most trails/ routes?

Strava is still your best bet. Look at segments in the area then open rides of the leaders. Copy them using bikehike if you don't have premium.

GPSies also has some good routes, it's worth checking out.

As above - strava to find good stuff and bikehike to plot a route around it. Download the Veloviewer map flipper extension for chrome to show strava routes on OS map tiles.
