Since using google chrome I am getting loads of Bobrowser ads showing up all over the place. Also some text on webpages is highlighted in bold and when you hover over them ads appear. How do I get rid of this annoying stuff. Please help!
1st have you Googled remove bobbrowser ads?
Check chrome extensions after that
Google is a global advertiser interested only in advertising and selling your data for advertising purposes. Use a different browser by a company with different aims. It's not mandatory to be followed around the Internet and you have plenty of choice when it comes to what it exposes you to.

As mike said, check for installed chrome extensions.
You either got one of those or some other malware. Run malwarebytes anyway as it's good at picking up issues.
