I just opened up a new bike work stand. And it's a beaut!

What did you get that you really like?

Off to the olds in a bit, wife spoilt me rotten. Bose quiet comfort 15 headphones and a display case for my watches! Apparently I have a mint sauce jersey from the inlaws.

Top pressie is definitely 2 tickets for Johnny Marr at the Ritz in March, from mrs Binners. Can't wait 🙂

She also got me a framed, vintage print saying 'bicycles may be stored here at the owners risk, please remove any valuables from your saddlebag'. To be put up where my bikes inevitably find their way indoors 😆

One of these;

Wanted a more "everyday" watch, but something that could still work under a suit when off on my travels. Very pleased indeed! Will be changing the strap for a TimeFactors NATO one shortly.

Just activated my Singletrack subscription, (Ta Ed, no adverts, WOO HOO!) + stuff to tube-less my wheels and a nice hoody.

Only disappointment so far is no-one will play Hide and Seek with me, but off round to a house with incumbent 3 and 7 year olds shortly, so that should be fixed also!

Ta! That's what I was after, really. Smart, every day and not too shouty. I have a lovely vintage watch for posh, and then a G-shock for getting dirty. Wanted something in between that wasn't as smart as the Omega. 🙂

Oh, and waiting as a surprise in the fridge for me this evening;

What model is that, and how much?

Not worn a watch in about 20 years, but that picture is very close to making me change that tradition.

Edit: Found it. *whistles* pricey...

Jamie, I spent a similar amount on a G-shock well over ten years ago. It's still going strong, and even on the original battery! Very, very good value for money. Even if that one looks a little too

for my tastes!

I've got a coffee machine and some ace espresso cups from my folks, a nice bottle of Chateauneuf from my sister, meal voucher for our favourite Italian from my father in law. My wife and I didn't buy for each other this year as we've both had a car since September. No bike stuff, but I'm buying some bike packing stuff as my Xmas treat.
