Anyone know of any super budget accommodation in and around Glentress / 7 Stanes. MTB friendly ideally?
We were thinking of camping but can't really be bothered to lug all the stuff around. If accommodation is proving expensive has anyone been to a decent campsite in the area?

There are the wooden wigwams at Glentress, minor step up from camping. Don't know how much they cost but they always seem to be busy.
I've just got a room at the Tontine in Peebles centre. £45 for a single room but a) I'll get a decent nights kip and b) I reckon I can eat £45s of food for breakfast before riding 😉
