emails have stopped coming to my iphone , sky email account landing on the laptop ok but not making it to the phone , anyone else having problems ?
are you getting a data signal ? (3G or whatever)
... and are you allowing email to sync on the data connection ?
Just set up my sons new phone, no issues with giffgaff and gmail on Android. 😉

I'm on giffgaff and emails coming through fine. Maybe it's a problem with your ISP or your email provider?
got a box on screen , cannot get mail , the mail server "imap.tools.sky.com" is not responding 🙁
On giffgaff too no problem here with email forwarding.
you may be better off asking on their message boards, they answer like wildfire on there to get kudos points or whatever.
1. Reset the device (Holding Home and Lock keys until the while Apple symbol appears. Retry accessing mail
2. If the above does not work. Remove the account and re-add and retry to access mail
3. Seriously if 2 does not work, retry 1
