What would be the best way to get 15 folk and kit to the olympic stadium from glasgow? Thinking best balance between journey times and cost.

London City airport must be pretty close to the venues?

Also what's more important, time, cost, arriving well rested, etc?

Depends on the kit......If it is just running spikes, then train. if you need poles, maybe a truck.
From Glasgow, so assuming you might be fencing?

Running kit.
Balance of cost and time as we'll be arriving a day or two before competition.

Train, tickets bought in advance (Perth - King's X bought in Jan for travel next week ->£40 return)
tube/DLR from King's X, which assumes not bucketloads of gear.
