my satnav isnt recognised by my pc when i plug it in for updates.?
its only 4weeks old..anyone else had any problems, i can't get through to customer support so wondered if anyone on here could help.
oh tried 2 different usb cables so its not that..it also charges fine from the pc

i through my garmin edge into the verge yesterday in a fit of pique if that's any help?
i have the nettle stings to prove how long it took me to find it as well 🙁

I had to alter a setting in a menu on the Oregon to get my PC to recognise it.

I had a similar problem and had to reinstall the software that came with it. Working ok since.

i take it any usb cable will be suitable for this, as i can see on their website a specific cable for it.
