I think ever since the new garmin express thinging came around and I installed software update, I keep getting this on my laptop, every time it restarts.
I have windows 7 by the way.
What is it and why does it need updating so often and should I allow it or does it matter if not?

It's related to UAC and permissions.

But I still wonder why is it needing to update so often, are they amending the software on a daily basis?
