As above really got one recently for running, syncs ok, runs appear on connect on phone and laptop ok. I try to upload to strava but runs dont show up.... any ideas please folks?

When you say "try to upload to strava" what exactly do you mean?

Mines connected to my Strava account and uploads automatically when you send the rode to the connect app. Try updating the watch and removing and then syncing the watch again. Make sure your signed in to your Strava though the app too.
