I assume you don't mean Gamma, Helm, Johnson & Vlissides: authors of the seminal [url= http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Design_Patterns_%28book%29 ]"gang of four" Design Patterns book[/url]?

Saw them in Glasgow a few years ago. Fantastic gig, great band.

Although they look a little, erm.. heavier these days. That Andy Gill can still play a bit though.
