anyone got any bright ideas/suggestions for what to do with 5 or 6 8yr olds in the woods... games, activities, thats sort of thing?

Building dens, hunting bugs, er... riding bikes?

build dens attack each oither with water pistols and water bombs
Bark rubbings and leaf pressings/painting with them or pressing for later
Tree climbing

Is there time for you to hide things for a scavenger hunt style game? 6 would be enough for two teams, or five on one big team with harder clues!
