Have recently undertook the renovation of an oak dining table and have been finishing it with TUNG OIL. It appears to soak up the oil quite well but, and this is my question, how many coats of oil should it take and what will the finish be like...matt glossy or in between. I've not used this oil before so any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.
