Got 6 hours for them not to be frozen. Any tips that won't result in an outbreak of lamb flu in North Manchester?

Defrost option on the microwave then pop in the fridge when cooled down, otherwise leave out under cling film so the deforest slowly, either way I doubt you could die eating lamb like this, chicken on the other hand.. **** that... err would say lamb is like beef so you can eat it raw if you wanted?

Stick them in warm water or leave them in the sun covered.

I'd put them in a plastic bag so as to not loose the juices or soak up water) and then place that in warm water until defrosed.
