Depends what's on tap when I get over the pub. Could be Broadside, could be the Fuller's ESB the landlord was on about last week, maybe Bath Gem...
I'll find out later...
😀

Got a Newcastle brown on the go with 3 more in the fridge. Need em after this week. Next week on leave. Happy days, plenty of riding planned. And may get some jobs done in the garden too

Had a couple of pints of Doombar on the way home and just opened a bottle of Rioja and just mulling over the indian take-away menu.

Didn't realise it was 8%, but lovely and smooth.
Dopplebocklicious and named after a local spook

Berberana Etiqueta Negra Rioja, probably followed by a sip or two of Jura Superstition while I finish watching season 2 of Hell on Wheels on Lovefilm.

Tonight I will be partaking of Derby Brewing Co.'s Business As Usual, which is apparently a "Balanced easy drinking malty traditional amber beer"!

Local brewery (we have a few 🙂 ). Recommended by the wine shop in Ledbury that I attempt to single handedly keep in business. Very summery, very lovely. Quite hoppy. Bought two, drank one and a half after first one exploded on opening.

To think I'd happily lie down under a screwdriver-opened watneys party 7 until about the age of 30. Now it's all 'pour carefully to avoid sediment' 😉

Started with two bottles of home brewed Hefeweizen, but I've just had a bottle of Sheppey's Vintage Reserve,so it'll have to be a nip of Calvados next.

glass of Cab Sauv. or two

followed by a home-brewed Old Peculier, a York Breweries Minster Ale and an Old Golden Hen. Then it's back onto the home brew if I want anything else - but probably won't

As it happens the Fuller's was on tonight, and damn fine it was too. The second pint seemed even better than the first, and the handled tankard-style glasses really encourage petty larceny!
Apparently a couple of quid in the air ambulance tin salves one's concience...
