Oyster Bay... Nice drop Footflaps. Last time I drank that was in Roturua (I think) accompanied by Croc steak and a Mussels in garlic starter.

OH thought we ought to celebrate our engagement a bit - hadn't had a chance until now...

Tonight I shall mainly be drinking Tribute, due to a lack of Doom Bar last time I went to the shops. Followed by a dram or two of Aberlour later. :o)

Home brewed Woodfordes Wherry. A lovely smooth Norfolk ale.
. This is one of the local beers here in Lowestoft. I cannot stand it. Fermented bath water! Still, they serve in just about every pub for 20 miles so perhaps I'm wrong?

Just finished a Bateman's Dark Lord (very nice ruby) and moved onto a St Peter's Organic

I'm finishing up some rather fine homebrewed ale

+1

1x Chocolate Stout 4.4%
1x Porter 4.0%
1x American IPA 5.2%
1x hoppy thing using Cascade & Citra hops (couple left over from a batch brewed for a mate).

brewing this weekend, more of the hoppy thing using Cascade & Citra, for myself this time.

just siphoned 5.5 bottles of Rioja out of the demijohn. Putting 3 down to "mature", will drink the others as I see fit.

tonight it's Valle de Vida Chilean Merlot from Morrisons for < £5 a bottle - lovely fruity red and the labels come off really easily for re-using the bottle.
To be followed by a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, a home-made American IPA, and then one or more of Theakston's Old Peculier, Greene King Abbott Ale (from a can, guilty pleasure!), home-made chocolate stout
