Hi
I have been given permission to use a BBC video from their site, but they can't find an original! Does anyone know of any screen capture software so that I can play and record it? Or do you know of any other way of copying the footage?

It's in iPlayer and they don't have an original??? Doesn't sound like they're too willing to help.
You might want to do a quick search for getiplayer...

They played it on a tv and filmed it, but the quality is very low.

'Screengrab' If you use Firefox , I have used It to get some good mtb wallpaper from a couple of sites.
