I've got to do some work in central London tomorrow, from 0900-1400ish then drive back up north.

In a bid to save time, I'm wondering if anybody can point me in the direction of free parking within spitting distance of the M1/north circ, where I can dump the car from say 0700. Otherwise I can leave the car at the office in SW18, but then have a PITA drive before I hit the M-way.

(I've got a bike with me too, so can get most places in London via that pretty easily)

Cheers!

Stanmore tube station will cost about a fiver then Jubilee into central London. Check TFL park and ride for costs and alternative stations with decent sized car parks.

Yep - Stanmore station would be my choice. Not free, but not too expensive.

Why isn't work / the customer paying for your parking?

I usually head for Wembley park when I'm doing that trip. Parking not free, but not horribly expensive
