Where were these bad boys purchased, then? Haven't seen them in ages.

I could go for a Frazzle.

B&M are excellent savoury-snack sellers.

They even do the Savoury-Selections multi-packs containing Scampi-Fries and Bacon-Bites.

These are the kind of crisby bacon treats that are suitable for vegetarians? They're the best kind.

Apparently Lidl's (or is it Aldi's?) own brand "I can't believe they're not frazzles" are sposed to be even better (according to a veggie guy I know).

Yeah, Aldi's do them as part of a multi-pack. My son loves all the other crisps but always leaves the Frazzle-lites (or whatever they're called). Thus, pig-death-free nommage. 😆

Not strictly speaking Frazzles, but Sainsbury's Bacon Fries (similar but much bigger bags) are amazing.

Could eat a bag now but I've already eaten 2 this week.... 😳

Mmm Fish n Chips, guaranteed to make you drool and your eyes water at the same time.
Occasionally youd get a biscuity bit that was ultra strong, my god!

Oh and Tescos Bacon things are very good too.

Fish n Chips actually made your teeth water. Weren't they banned when it was discovered they had the same ingredients as CS gas? They certainly had the same effect. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Fish n Chips

Off to find out what on earth B&M is!

You've never been to the retail heaven that is B&M Bargains? 😯

Its like Somerfield only better! or Boothes. Or John Lewis

Scampi & Bacon Fries

It sounds soooo wrong, but you know it's gonna taste incredible. 😉

Its like Somerfield only better!

I can confirm that B&M is better than Somerfield. Or Netto. Or Kwik Save.

Strangely, I always seem to come away with dodgy crisps and a craft knife. 😯

A craft knife as well! I now actually resent all of you for not making B&M a more regular topic on here - wasting my time with wheel sizes and dropper post reviews! I can already taste the Scampi Fries and they are still three miles away...

Pillage those cheap, juicy treats, cb!

They do baby wipes, too. I'd get some, because you may feel a little dirty afterwards. 😯

There will be a large selection of fizzy pop to wash your frazzles down with too.

Those Wheat Crunchies are buy one get one free and the Frazzles have been on promotional 39p a bag for about 6 months in my local filling station. Yum! 😀

But the Poundland packs are but fresh air...

Waitrose Savoury Wheels, a pickled onion flavour, 29p for a huge packet, circa 1981/2, had me addicted.

going back to the OP, since when are Frazzles retro? I bought a bag at a petrol station last weekend when I was doing my finest white-van-man impression along with a repulsive sausage roll and enough fizzy drinks to drown a donkey.

Now, these bad boys are another matter:

I used to mix the ketchup flavour with something else (I'm going to say cheese and onion) for a quite unique and in retrospect probably repulsive flavour

sparkola- you're a bloody legend!

I've procured a big pack of Oddities. They didn't have the salt n vinegar, so I got cheese and onion, and they're a taste sensation. Result!!!

Absolutely not Dezzy. It's an ambition rather than a statement. I've never even seen those before. I'm liking the look of Pork Crunches though. Where would I procure such delights? This is the most educational thread ever.

All suggestions for any other savoury snacks I've never tried, lets 'ave 'em! 😀

I love Frazzles 🙂 They sell the small bags in our local esso station. The king of crisps is Kettle Chips Buffalo Bleu but I haven't been able to find them over here yet, only got em in Canada. Pretty sure the main ingredient is crack, bit moreish.
